This was my 2024.
- I started the year by jumping out of a plane.
- Got engaged to the same woman, twice.
- Got to travel alot internationally - Dubai, Thailand, Prague, Budapest, and India.
- Stayed fairly middle of the pack in my fantasy football league.
- Managed several interesting deals at work and closed out a solid year for my team.
- Feel like I 10x'd my skills in a lot of technical areas.
- Built a bunch of cool projects and actively working on more.
- And I'm ending it writing my first post on my new site.
2024 was filled with adventure, incredibly joyous occasions, some particularly painful moments and a lot of growth. And through it all, there's been a lot of reflection.
One in particular is that I've been having all this fun in silence and not really sharing much or engaging with a broader community. I'd like to change that in 2025.
I'd like to use this space to share some thoughts on working with AI, financial markets and investing, while also using this as a way to write, build and engage publicly.
With some occasional self-indulgence.
